📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets using SAP and Oracle.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Provide strategic advice to support the financial goals of Mapletree's properties in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the property investment industry.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Oracle for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders.
• Professional certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
