📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for BRI Finance (CAR) in Madiun, Jawa Timur.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
Manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Represent BRI Finance (CAR) at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing marketing teams and driving campaign success.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
