As an E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations. You’ll work closely with our e-commerce team to manage our online store on Shopify, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure seamless transactions. Your daily tasks will include updating product listings, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support via email and live chat.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content for our online store.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the e-commerce manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and email marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
