📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic energy efficiency plan to reduce energy consumption and costs.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement energy-saving measures.
• Lead the integration of renewable energy sources into the company's energy portfolio.
• Monitor and report on energy performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and energy awareness across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve sustainability goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to energy efficiency teams and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in energy efficiency, sustainability, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems, energy auditing, and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using energy management software and tools such as SAP Energy Management, Oracle Energy Management, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
