📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and kitchen areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to hospitality and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or server role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
