📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified ServiceNow Consultant with experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including its modules and functionalities.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a remote work environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
  • Indonesian language skills are a plus.
