📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge,Evaluate employees' performance and provide constructive feedback,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructor or Trainer,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate engaging training programs,Proficient in using training and development software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid teaching certification or license (preferred)
