Crown Urban Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our organization.

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You will work closely with our management team to provide financial insights and advice, and you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and transactions.
  • Working closely with the management team to provide financial insights and advice.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Managing and mentoring junior accountants and staff.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
