📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.
