📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize poultry feed formulations to meet the nutritional requirements of different poultry species and production stages.,Conduct feed analysis and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.,Collaborate with the production team to implement feed programs that enhance bird performance, health, and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate feed costs and efficiency to ensure cost-effective and sustainable operations.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in poultry nutrition and feed technology.,Provide technical support and training to the production team on feed management and nutrition best practices.,Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality feed ingredients and ensure timely delivery.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for feed safety and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition and feed formulation.,Strong understanding of poultry physiology, nutrition, and feed formulation principles.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective feed programs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of feed safety and regulatory requirements is a plus.
