As a People and Organisation Manager (HR Business Partner), you will be responsible for supporting department leaders in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. You will collaborate with senior management to design and deliver training programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR projects, such as succession planning and talent management.
• Provide HR consulting and advice to managers on a variety of issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, applying this knowledge to enhance the company's HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
