📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Lead team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.,Promote the brand and drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Experience in a similar role within a bakery or retail environment is a plus.
