📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious and delicious meals for children in accordance with the preschool's dietary guidelines.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Monitor and maintain food inventory, and place orders for necessary supplies.
  • Supervise and assist the kitchen staff in preparing meals.
  • Collaborate with the preschool's educational team to incorporate meal times into the daily curriculum.
  • Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the preschool's meal program.
  • Maintain accurate records of food usage, waste, and expenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in meal planning and preparation, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a love for children.
