PT Pratama Wira is seeking a Lead Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Work with the marketing team to create and maintain product guides and other promotional materials,Participate in product development meetings to gather information and provide input on technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
