Tanggung Jawab:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facilities.
• Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure they adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
