Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Lead Fire Alarm Dispatcher to join our team in supporting a critical US Navy program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets by overseeing fire alarm systems and emergency response protocols. The ideal candidate will be based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, and will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of emergency response in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.

As a Lead Fire Alarm Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating emergency response teams, ensuring that all fire alarm systems are functioning correctly, and providing timely and accurate information to dispatchers and emergency responders. This role requires a deep understanding of fire alarm systems, emergency response protocols, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

• Oversee and manage fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams to ensure timely and effective responses to emergency situations.
• Provide training and support to dispatchers and emergency responders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze emergency response data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement emergency response protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of emergency response systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fire alarm technology and emergency response protocols.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior dispatchers and emergency responders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on fire alarm systems and emergency response protocols.
• Certification as a Fire Alarm Dispatcher (NFPA 1021) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using fire alarm system software such as FireAlarmPro, E-Command, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Experience in a dynamic and high-stakes environment, such as military or government settings.
