📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in a leadership position within a kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and team leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
