📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the clinic's growth and success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the clinic's management team.
  • Collaborate with the clinic's accounting and administrative staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is a plus.
