📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
