Sky Bloom Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for ensuring the smooth running of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of fleet activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational targets and goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
