📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor branch financial performance and report to the Branch Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
