• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies using SAP GRC and RiskSense.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging risks.
• Prepare and present regular risk reports using Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on risk management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on corporate risk strategy.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CISM, CRMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC, RiskSense, and Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.
