📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate inventory management and restocking as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of successful sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
