📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Understanding of inventory management best practices.,Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Excellent customer service skills.
