📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms,Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages,Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy,Work with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance,Assist in the development of social media advertising strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
