🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in strategic consulting or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving organizational success and growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
