📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform audits of financial statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Review and analyze financial data to identify areas of risk and potential areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient conduct of audits.,Conduct interviews and reviews with employees to gather information and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and apply this knowledge to the conduct of audits.,Collaborate with other members of the audit team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.,Provide training and support to other employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Proficiency in the use of accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
