📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and daily tasks.,Support the Outlet Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Participate in store audits and quality checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
