📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including HR, finance, and procurement, to support overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facility.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational and administrative staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
• Leverage advanced tools and software, such as ERP systems, to streamline operations and improve decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and administration roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
