Base Bright Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to product delivery.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Distribution Manager.,Assist in the preparation of distribution reports and other relevant documents.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
