📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all stores and channels using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Develop and implement inventory allocation strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Coordinate with store managers and suppliers to manage inventory replenishment and stock transfers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with the procurement team to forecast demand and place orders accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demand and adjust inventory allocation as needed.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in using inventory management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
